Service Advisor – Multi-Franchise Dealership

We're seeking an enthusiastic and professional Service Advisor to join our busy multi-franchise dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day to day operations of our service department.
About the Role
As a key member of our service team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers; providing expert advice, coordinating vehicle service bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience from drop-off to collection. You'll work closely with our technicians, parts interpreters, and workshop controller to ensure every job is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and manage service bookings in a professional and friendly manner
* Communicate repair and maintenance requirements clearly and accurately
* Prepare repair orders, cost estimates, and invoices
* Liaise between customers and the workshop to provide updates and approvals
* Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer and dealership standards
* Support warranty and recall processes where required
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry (would be advantageous but not essential)
* Strong communication, telephone etiquette and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and aftersales service excellence
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Computer literacy (experience with Revolution, or similar systems advantageous)
* Current WA driver's licence
