Meet your new team
Based out of our newly updated Fairfield store, you will be joining a high energy, supportive team, working collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service to drive in store sales.
How you will make an impact
promptly meet and greet customers, understanding their purchasing needs.
assist with general customer product queries.
present our range of products, highlighting their features and benefits.
process sales, ensuring our service exceeds customer expectations.
assist in stock management, merchandising and store presentationli>
The successful candidate
experience in a retail customer service or sales role with knowledge of/interest in products like e-scooters and bikes, smart home appliances, drones, smart watches etc.
exceptional communication skills to engage with and support customers via phone and email.
providing a first-class customer experience, always working with integrity.
an outgoing, friendly personality to easily build rapport with customers.
the ability to work a 7-day roster up to 25hrs a week.
