Responsibilities
* Collaborate with editors and photographers to determine the best images for publication
* Edit, retouch, and enhance photos for both print and digital platforms
* Ensure all images meet publication quality standards and deadlines
* Position and format photos to complement accompanying text and layouts
* Coordinate photo assignments and manage workflow to ensure timely delivery
* Maintain organized archives of edited and original images
* Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and creative direction
Skills And Requirements
* Proven experience in photo editing and graphic design for print and web
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign
* Strong visual storytelling and layout skills
* Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Experience working with editorial teams is highly desirable
