About the Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Administration Officer to join our team within the Outpatient & Pain Clinic. As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for:
* Providing administrative and clerical support to the manager and wider team
* Supporting quality customer service, providing respectful, helpful responses to enquiries both face-to-face and via the phone or email.

About You
Our ideal candidate will:
Previous experience working in similar role that demonstrates strong customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple demands and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other record-keeping systems.
* Be a fast learner and willing team participant, ready to provide support to a high-performing team.
* A current NSW Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
