Reporting to the Project Officer, this role provides project support and coordination to project teams in a NSW Government Department.
Develop your skills in an active Tier 1 project environment and work with a capable, motivated & inclusive project team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide general project support to the project team and assist with a range of general administrative tasks.
- Organise meetings, book meeting rooms and venues and send invitations.
- Procure goods and services, receipt invoices to facilitate payment, liaise with contractors and suppliers, assist in reporting and billing processes, and monitor expenses.
- Provide a range of office management, project management and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time.
- Managing a large volume and variety of work and working with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in administration/coordination and stakeholder interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- NSW Government experience desirable.
