The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager at either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This is a full-time position. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team, significantly impacting the daily operations of the site. This role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security within the larger AMA Group. Role Responsibilities Production Workshop Management: oversee workshop operations to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition according to AMA and Work Provider quality standards. Quality, Quotes, Parts, and Vehicle Management: ensure accurate quotes, quality inspections, and repairs to pre-accident condition. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: deliver exceptional service through professional, prompt, and friendly interactions. Profit and Loss, Reporting, and Administration: ensure profitable operations. Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using provided tools. Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing levels and processes, and build positive relationships with work providers. Work Health and Safety (WHS): maintain a safe site by adhering to WHS policies and procedures, reporting incidents, and ensuring safety compliance.
