Job Description
Our Aussie Store Brokers are trusted experts in their local communities, helping Australians find, buy and own property with confidence. As a broker in an Aussie retail store, you will:
* Manage customer enquiries and provide expert lending advice.
* Support customers through the entire loan journey, from application to settlement.
* Leverage our comprehensive service offering to connect customers with key products and services across the property purchasing journey, including buyer's agents and conveyancing.
* Build relationships in the local community to create referral partnerships and grow your pipeline.
Qualifications
* A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it).
* A background in sales or customer service roles.
* Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your retail store.
* A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams.
