The Research Partnerships and Innovation Division (RaID) plays a central role in advancing the University of Wollongong's research excellence and impact. Reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Partnership & Innovation), the Division works collaboratively across faculties, research institutes and strategic partners to foster a vibrant research ecosystem that champions knowledge exchange, translation, entrepreneurship and interdisciplinary collaboration. Guided by the ENRICH values and a commitment to the Hong Kong Principles and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, RaID is a purpose-driven team dedicated to creating knowledge for a better world and delivering meaningful outcomes for communities, industry and the environment.

The Executive Assistant to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Partnership & Innovation) provides high-level executive support and office management within a dynamic and fast-paced portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective operation of the Office of the PVC P&I, offering sophisticated administrative coordination, managing complex schedules and communications, and handling sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. The position also supports the iAccelerate team and the Innovation and Commercial Research Unit, contributing to a broad range of activities including committee support, event coordination, policy and process development, and stakeholder engagement. This is an opportunity for an experienced and proactive administrator to play a key role in enabling UOW's research and innovation ambitions.
