Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Counter team in Southport.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to engineers, project managers and other tradespeople.
* Providing product information and quotes both in person and over the phone
* Picking orders, maintaining shop floor displays and ensuring accurate information is provided
* Undertaking stock control activities and helping to keep the branch tidy and safe
* Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* A clean valid driver's licence
