Support Specialist
A key role in supporting victim-survivors of family violence, working within the Orange Door network and collaborating with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Triage, screening, assessment, and short-term responses to incoming referrals for family violence victim-survivors.
* Identify, assess, and manage risk in line with the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) Framework.
* Ensure information sharing is conducted in accordance with legislation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification.
* Practice experience with family violence, child wellbeing, and working with diverse communities.
* Extensive knowledge of family violence frameworks, including gendered nature and drivers, child safety, and relevant legal systems.
