Reporting into our Head Baker, you'll be the go-to for all things sweet.What You'll DoWork autonomously to manage your production schedule and daily targetsEnsure every product looks as good as it tastes, with an eye for finishing and presentationMaintain strict food safety and hygiene standardsCollaborate with the bakery team to refine recipes and contribute to recent product ideasWhat You'll BringRelevant qualifications and proven experience as a Pastry Chef (2+ years preferred)Ability to work independently, managing your own section and workflowHigh attention to detail, quality, and consistencyA readiness to start as soon as possible (ideally within 2–3 weeks)Why Join Merlo?
