Due to growth, we are expanding our Credit team and are looking for a Credit superstar to join us. As the Credit Controller with efm, your role is to proactively minimize financial risk to the business by collecting overdue debt while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The key responsibilities of a Credit Controller include: Collection of outstanding debt via targeted communication strategies Management of customer credit limits, making recommendations based on customer risk profile & spend Daily banking & reconciliations Maintenance of an assigned debtor's ledger, including accuracy of information, reconciliations, and clearance of unmatched items Resolving all queries related to debt collection effectively Continuously improving systems capability and implementing process improvements to enable efficiencies We are looking for candidates who have: Previous experience in a similar Credit/Collections/AR role Extensive customer engagement experience, especially focused on providing high levels of customer service Proven ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret raw data Strong experience or capability in influencing outcomes Why join efm Logistics?
