About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Coordinator to join our administration team in Darwin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars, databases, and document systems with accuracy and precision.
* Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and track follow-up actions to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leadership, maintaining confidentiality when required.
* Maintain project records including minutes, action logs, risk registers, and reports, ensuring data integrity.
* Support procurement, contract management, and budget tracking processes.
* Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, prioritizing tasks effectively.
* Assist in creating presentations, reports, and dashboards for governance purposes.
Requirements

* Solid digital literacy, including proficiency in word processing, calendar management, and various software applications.
* A current Northern Territory driving license (or equivalent).
