About the Role
You'll be part of our call centre team. You'll play a key role in this fast paced inbound/outbound centre to confirm customer appointments.
* Senior high level calls for pre-booked appointment
* Coordinate and schedule customer appointments with Solar Consultants
* Maintain accurate records of our CRM
* Administration tasks including Email/SMS correspondence
* Undertake general and ad-hoc administrative tasks to and support
* Clearly and concisely represent our solution and brand over the phone
* Engage and overcome objections/find solutions
* Help reduce Australians power bills
