Care Leadership Role
You will be responsible for leading clinical care and governance across the facility, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care. Your leadership skills will achieve high-quality clinical outcomes, including compliance with legislation and accreditation standards.
* Advocate for residents' rights and build trusted relationships with them.
* Lead clinical assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care, overseeing individualised care plans.
* Provide expertise in specific clinical areas and participate in case conferences and care reviews.
* Liaise with medical practitioners and external healthcare organisations to ensure effective care outcomes.
Systems & Processes
* Manage clinical compliance and accreditation outcomes through documented evidence and work processes.
* Oversee resident admissions, operational activities, and quality improvement programs.
* Ensure sufficient medical supplies, pharmacy stocks, and follow procedures for handling feedback or complaints.
People & Teams
* Foster a harmonious team culture based on mutual respect and trust.
* Manage and develop the performance of the care team, oversee training and development, and recruit suitable staff.
