Trio Automotive Group is a Family owned and run business, we are the contract service providers for RACQ in Gympie, Hervey Bay, Gladstone and Cooloola Cove, as well as servicing all transport and logistic needs, Australia wide.
Due to our continued growth in both businesses, we are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, vibrant, and upbeat, switched-on individual to join our team.
This role is in our main office in GYMPIE.
THE ROLE
Your role will include but is not limited to.
Answering Phones
Daily EFTPOS and cash banking
Invoicing and reconciling of accounts.
Managing and following up on payments
Filing
Ensuring common facilities are maintained and kept clean and tidy
General office work including data entry, photocopying, laminating etc
General office maintenance and supplies stationery ordering
Assisting other departments with day-to-day operations
Any other tasks which may be required for the business running's.
Assist the senior administration/management team with administrative requirements as needed.

Excellent communication both verbal and written
Presentable, polite, and helpful
A can-do attitude and ability to be proactive with tasks given
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
Hard working with a willingness to learn and develop
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
