The Role We are seeking Surface & Underground Drill Assistants in WA. Entry-level or experienced candidates are welcome. Assist drillers, perform hands‐on tasks, and build your mining career.

* Rosters: 14/7
* FIFO from Perth or residential in Kalgoorlie
* Surface and underground work
* Accommodation and meals provided
* No experience required – full on‐the‐job training

Key Responsibilities
* Assist drillers in core sampling and rig operations
* Conduct pre-start inspections and safety checks
* Perform manual handling and operational support tasks
* Contribute to a safe, productive work environment
Requirements / Qualifications
* Pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
* Police clearance within 6 months
* First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Manual Driver's Licence (underground) / HR Licence (surface)
* Physical fitness and willingness to learn
