Two Fathoms Brewing is on the lookout for a passionate Chef to jump aboard our galley. We're a laid-back coastal brewery serving top-notch food to match our beers – fresh, seasonal, and full of flavour — all from a brand new kitchen.
About the Role
You'll be:
* Working in a brand new, well-equipped kitchen
* Preparing and plating consistent, crowd-pleasing dishes
* Supporting smooth, fast-paced services
* Working with fresh, local produce
* Maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards
* Contributing ideas to menus and specials
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Chef (pub/bistro experience ideal)
* Ability to work weekends and busy services
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A calm head under pressure
* A genuine love for good food and good vibes
