About the Role As the SAP Finance Training Lead, you’ll take ownership of the full training lifecycle – from reviewing and understanding new system processes to creating content and delivering training to a diverse finance user base. You’ll play a hands-on role in helping users confidently navigate the new system, ensuring adoption and compliance from day one. Key Responsibilities Review SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud finance processes and identify training needs Develop comprehensive, easy-to-follow training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, eLearning content, and presentation decks Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and/or virtual) tailored to finance users of varying skill levels Work closely with change management, project, and functional teams to align training with business processes and project timelines Support users during System Integration Testing (SIT), cutover, and go-live activities Assist in developing post-go-live support resources and reinforcement learning If possible, leverage digital adoption tools like WalkMe to enhance training delivery and user experience Experience & Skills Required Proven experience in developing and delivering training for SAP Finance, ideally in S/4HANA Public Cloud environments Strong understanding of core SAP Finance modules and business processes (e.g. AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting) Demonstrated ability to communicate complex processes in a user-friendly and engaging way Experience creating a variety of training materials across different formats (e.g. written, video, digital) Background in large-scale ERP transformation or change projects Experience using tools like WalkMe, EnableNow, or similar (desirable) Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to project changes
