Job Overview

The Systems Coordinator is a crucial role that involves managing and operating the dedicated client management and incident systems hosted in CTARS.

* This position requires someone who can work effectively with support workers to ensure that day-to-day activity reports and logging are completed accurately and efficiently.


About this Role:

In particular, the Systems Coordinator operates and manages the CTARS system, a specialized tool for delivering personalized care to individuals with disabilities. The CTARS system provides users with complete data to enable targeted, client-centric solutions under the NDIS.


Key Responsibilities:

* Participant Shift Reporting and Logging: Manage shift reports, logs, charts, and incident reports for participants cared for on shift. Regularly communicate with employees on completion of CTARS, template improvements, and non-compliance reports.
* Incident Report Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor incident management and assist executives with investigations. Coordinate and manage document life cycles ensuring alignment to NDIS standards and regulatory requirements.
* CTARS Audit Compliance: Conduct systematic audits to ensure quality and compliance of support workers with inputting required data into various reports, logs, and incident reports. Generate regular progress reports on system compliance with NDIS regulations.
* Secure Document Management and Storage System: Create participant profiles and manage documents in one secure location. Respond to the Services team for assistance with document management to provide immediate updates about shifts and participant care needs.


About You:

* You should have excellent communication and people skills, as well as experience in data entry and formulating reports. Advanced understanding of CTARS and relevant qualification in Business or IT studies would be an advantage.
* Competent use of Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint, is essential.


Eligibility Requirements:

* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Experience in the disability sector and data entry.
* Experience with managing audit and compliance systems.
* Advanced understanding of CTARS.
* Competent use of Microsoft Office.


Mandatory Documentation:

* Full Driver's Licence.
* NDIS Clearance.
* National Police Check.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
* COVID-19 vaccination.
