Job Description
* Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
* Develop and maintain data models to support business objectives.
* Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to inform decision‐making processes.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation.
* Support the implementation of technology solutions within the property industry.
* Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
* Work closely with IT teams to ensure data systems align with business needs.
The Successful Applicant
Key Skills & Experience
* 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in a senior or lead capacity to handle stakeholders with maturity. This role is hands‐on.
* Demonstrated maturity in measuredness and discretion to handle sensitive employee PII data.
* Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops and stakeholder meetings.
* Solid understanding of data models, databases, and data mapping.
* Expertise in MS Excel, especially for data manipulation.
* Proficiency with tools such as DevOps, Confluence, Excel, diagramming software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
* Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience in enterprise system transformation, integration, or platform migration projects.
* Exposure to cloud technologies, data warehousing, or ETL processes.
