Lashup is looking for an experienced lash and brow artist to join our Scarborough salon.
This role is suited to someone who is confident in their skills, professional in their approach, and genuinely enjoys working in a structured, high-standard salon environment.
The opportunity
Starting on a casual basis, with the opportunity to progress into part time or full time as your client base grows. This is a hands‑on role working with established systems, consistent bookings, and a supportive team.
What you'll be doing
* Providing lash extension sets and refills across classic, volume and mega volume
* Performing lash lifts and tinting
* Delivering brow services including waxing, tinting, hybrid dye, henna and lamination
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene, timing and client care
* Creating clear before and after content and occasional short‑form videos for social media
* Building long‑term client relationships through consistency and quality
* Contributing to a calm, professional salon environment
If you do not currently offer lash extensions but have strong experience in brows & lash lifts or cosmetic tattooing, we are open to discussing this.
Who this role suits
* Minimum 1 year of hands‑on lash extension (or brows & lash lifts) experience in a salon setting
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Confident communicating with clients in a professional, friendly manner
* Comfortable being filmed for simple salon content
* Reliable, punctual and organised
* Able to work some evenings and Saturdays
* Looking for a long‑term position, not a side role
