Qualifications
Confident driver holding an Australian Full driver's licence or provisional licence (P2), and a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
What you will be doing
* Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintaining accurate guest accounts and providing accurate, helpful information.
* Attending to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
* Maintaining strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
