As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our dedicated Head Chef and other colleagues to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your skills and qualifications will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food presentation, quality, and customer service.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional cooking environment
* Able to work 5 days out of 7, including rotating shifts
* Must have equivalent trade qualifications or experience
* Flexible attitude, clear communication skills, and excellent customer service abilities
* Immaculate grooming and attention to detail
* Ability to manage your own sections and maintain high standards throughout service
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Knowledge of food hygiene practices and compliance
* Availability to work approximately 38 hours per week
