Offer description

This role is for an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant to work in our Sydney office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reception and customer service, with excellent communication and organisational skills.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the front desk operations and perform reception duties.
* Coordinate meetings, receive visitors and distribute mail.
* Maintain APRA's inbox and manage administrative tasks.
* Support building management and office operations across all APRA AMCOS offices in Australia.
* Manage the Administration's workflow via APRA's internal ticketing system (JIRA Kanban Board).
* Assist with office work, health and safety responsibilities, including being a dedicated Fire Warden and First Aid Officer.
* Liaise with third-party service providers as required.
* Maintain stationery stock levels and kitchen consumables stock.


Requirements:

* Previous experience in reception or customer service.
* Intermediate-level working proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
