Our client is seeking to engage a Support Officer - Customer Care on a temp, full-time basis for 2 months.
**Description**:
- Demonstrated capability to provide business support services with a high degree of accuracy and discretion in a customer and operations focused business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and communicate with customers to produce successful outcomes.
- Well-developed work planning and scheduling skills.
- Demonstrated high conceptual and analytical skills with a focus on details and quality.
- Demonstrated capability in developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office products

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Business or related fields (Cert IV, Diploma or equivalent)
- Considerable experience in providing broad ranging business and financial processing support in a commercially focussed business environment.
- Relevant experience in, and demonstrated capability of, participating in a team providing business management support services.
