As EA to the Director, you'll be at the heart of a busy, high-performing real estate team. From coordinating contracts and preparing reports to managing communications and supporting business decisions, your work will directly impact the business's success every single day.
About the director
You'll be working directly with a highly awarded Director and Selling Principal who is deeply embedded in the local community. Known for his integrity, passion and unmatched local expertise, this is a rare opportunity to work alongside a leader you'll genuinely learn from and be proud to support.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the Director's calendar, communications and priorities with discretion
- Preparing, reviewing and coordinating sales and lease contracts
- Coordinating operational and sales performance reports
- Supporting business planning, forecasting and process improvements
- Maintaining CRM platforms and internal systems
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience as an EA or Contracts Administrator, ideally in real estate
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing reports
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Someone who thrives alongside a high-performing, ambitious leader
