We're on the hunt for a superstar to join the 13cabs Partner Growth Team in Melbourne.

If you're someone who is passionate about building connections, likes to support fellow Operators and Drivers who keep our network moving, and wants to help with initiatives to uplift the industry, we'd love to hear from you

About the Role

This is way more than just a desk job You'll be out there every day connecting with Drivers and Operators to help them succeed, ensuring they feel valued every step of the way

You will play a key role in keeping our network strong, building relationships, promoting our brands and ensuring every partner feels supported.

You'll:

* Follow up new operator and driver leads
* Support Drivers and Operators, helping them onboard, keep up to date with our systems, keep them accountable as part of our Code of Conduct and help them grow their business
* Attend events, tradeshows and fleet activations
* Visit regional networks to provide support when required
* Share insights with internal teams to align on growth strategies
* Promote the 13cabs and Silver Service brands with passion

About You

We're looking for someone who's confident, approachable, and thrive on connecting with people. You know how to turn a chat into action, and you understand what keeps our Drivers and Operators motivated.

You'll bring:
* A resilient, can-do attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong technological skills and a willingness to learn
* Ability to juggle reporting, CRM updates and following up leads
* Proven ability to grow networks and maintain relationships
* Experience within a sales, business development, or similar role is preferred but not required
