The position
* Monday - Friday
* Support with leasing, admin, overseas team
* Company phone and laptop provided
* The salary can be in excess of $140,000.00 - you choose your earnings
* $100,000 base incl super and car allowance plus the below bonuses
* 20% of your base annaul salary - paid monthly if set KPIs are met
* $10,000 annual Bonus paid fortnightly for each additional 25 managements in your portfolio
* New business Bonus $250 per management
* Company Trip in December if set goals are met
About the prospective candidate
* You must have a minimum of 2-4 years experience as a Senior Property Manager and hold the appropriate licensing.
* You understand the importance of leveraging technology and resources to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* You are business minded and understand the importance of growth and running a sustainable business
* Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to naturally grow and manage your work.
* You're skilled at building strong relationships and expanding your network.
* You are sharp, quick on your feet, and able to handle challenges
* You have a valid Driver's License and reliable transport.
* You are willing to provide proof of working rights & undergo a police check.
