At Constructive PD, we specialise in delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction projects for some of Western Australia's most prominent builders. With a strong pipeline of landmark projects in Perth and beyond, we are on the lookout for a 1st or 2nd Year Carpentry Apprentice who is passionate about perfecting their craft and becoming top-tier tradesmen. Whether you're starting fresh or continuing your apprenticeship, we want you to be part of our dynamic team building the future of Perth's construction industry.
What You 0Will Be Doing
On our commercial projects across Perth and the metro area, you'll gain hands-on experience and valuable mentorship to develop your skills. Your tasks will include:
* Rondo and Timber Stud Wall Framing
* Working with various Cladding Systems like FC, Composite, Aluminium Solid and Cassette, and more
* Installing Fibre Cement Cladding Systems like Equitone and Exotec
* Crafting Feature Timber Ceilings, Wall Linings, and Decking
* Working on Custom Timber & Metal Pre-Fabricated Architectural Scopes
What We're Looking For
* New Apprentices: If you're starting out, it's advantageous if you've completed a Pre-Apprenticeship in Carpentry or VET – Construction Pathways Cert 2
* Continuing Apprentices: We welcome 1st and 2nd apprentices who are eager for a fresh opportunity
* Tickets & Experience: If you have Working at Heights and/or EWP tickets, that's a bonus—but don't worry, we'll provide ongoing training!
* A current valid driver's licence is essential
* Prior exposure to construction projects, whether through work experience or industry work, is preferred
* You must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment (including a Drug & Alcohol Test)
* Work Rights: You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
