Senior Sales Consultant – Convert Warm Leads into Real Results
We're looking for a sharp, confident Senior Sales Consultant to join the front lines of our client journey. If you love sales, live and breathe property, and can turn interest into action, this is your role.
As the first face of the advisory team, you'll conduct in-depth discovery calls with pre-qualified leads, uncover their goals, overcome objections, and guide them toward signing on with Search Property. You're not here to push, you're here to earn trust, educate, and inspire clients to take the next step toward financial freedom.

What You'll Do:
Own the Discovery Process:
* Lead discovery calls via phone, Google Meet, or in-person
* Understand each client's goals, finances, and property knowledge
* Explain the value of working with a buyer's agent, and how we support them
Educate & Convert:
* Discuss property investment strategies and market insights
* Tackle objections and help clients overcome what's been holding them back
* Build rapport and earn trust through honest, clear communication
* Tailor your pitch to each individual's goals and situation
Drive the Deal:
* Send proposals and agency agreements post-call
* Follow up proactively to answer questions and close deals
* Keep CRM records sharp with detailed notes and updates
* Work closely with Account Managers and leadership to ensure a smooth transition post-sign-on
* Share insights and feedback to refine the discovery call process
Who You Are:
* A proven sales consultant or property advisor with 1+ years' experience
* Confident leading client calls and building trust quickly
* Skilled at handling objections, pitching services, and closing deals
* Deeply familiar with the Australian property market and investment fundamentals
* Tech-savvy and well-organised, especially in CRM use
* Passionate about helping others achieve financial independence
