We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team in a key administrative support role.
* Ensure compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and coordinate associated correspondence.
* Process incoming mail, including scanning and filing.
* Contribute to the monitoring of occupational health and safety procedures.
* Assist with the onboarding of new clients.
* Provide general office support.
Applicants should possess strong Microsoft Office skills and have good data entry / typing speed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.
Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role, and prior experience in administration or customer service would be advantageous but not necessary.
