About the position:
Our client is searching for a talented Litigation Lawyer to join their expanding Dispute Resolution team. This role is ideal for lawyers seeking genuine autonomy, career progression, and the opportunity to work on a rich mix of litigation files.
You'll work on matters involving:
* Civil and commercial litigation
* Contractual and shareholder disputes
* Debt recovery and professional negligence claims
* Property disputes and commercial conflicts
* Pre‐litigation strategies, settlement negotiations, and appearances in court
You will have the chance to work closely with highly regarded senior lawyers and partners, gaining exposure to significant matters while being mentored toward a more senior role.
Key Requirements:
* 3–6+ years PAE with proven litigation experience in private practice
* Strong grasp of civil and commercial dispute processes
* Ability to handle files autonomously from start to finish
* Clear, persuasive written and oral communication skills
* Proactive attitude with a client‐centric approach
