In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, you will join the Wagga Business Banking team that's doubling down on customer obsession, moving with speed, keeping it simple, owning it, and winning together.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
Develop and manage a portfolio of key business and agricultural banking clients and referral partners.
Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts.
Maintain and enhance your portfolio's credit risk profile while maximising profitability.
Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio.
Assume responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion.

A well-established footprint as a business banking or relationship manager.
Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills.
