The Senior Bookkeeper is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the business and for providing clear, accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making across the organization.
Experience with Xero bookkeeping software is essential for this position.
Sitting within the business, this role bridges transactional finance and operational insight. It ensures strong financial controls and accurate records, while also analyzing results, identifying risks and providing practical recommendations based on business cash flow, performance, and forecasts.
Intermediate level financial analysis experience is required to effectively analyze results and provide practical recommendations.
The role works closely with multiple internal stakeholders, as well as with an external professional accountant who remains responsible for statutory reporting, tax and compliance advice.
A minimum of 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience is required for this senior position.
