We are currently seeking a Telehealth/FIFO Speech Therapist to join our expanding Allied Health team. This is a predominantly remote/work-from-home role, ideal for clinicians seeking autonomy, work-life balance, and the opportunity to serve a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, aged care clients, and private customers.

About the Role
This role is primarily remote, delivering therapy via Telehealth to NDIS participants, older adults, and private clients. While not essential, it is ideal that the therapist can travel to Gladstone periodically to conduct face-to-face sessions and assessments.
Your caseload will be diverse and rewarding, supporting clients with:
Developmental, neurological, or age-related communication needs
Swallowing and mealtime management challenges
Early intervention and rehabilitation goals
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering services via Telehealth and in-person outreach
Completing assessments, interventions, mealtime management plans, and reporting
Collaborating with support workers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
Ensuring compliance with NDIS, Aged Care, and private practice frameworks
What You Need
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) and Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, or ability to obtain
Strong interpersonal skills and professional judgement
Commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice
Willingness to travel to Gladstone periodically (frequency negotiable)
