Overview
The Local Drinks Co. is a Margaret River–based beverage manufacturer producing premium kombucha and craft soft drinks for retailers across Australia. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on team member to join us full time in a junior production and logistics role with room to grow. This is an active, varied position across production, warehouse and local deliveries ideal for someone early in their manufacturing career who wants to build solid operational skills in a growing beverage business.
About the Role
You will work closely with our Head of Production and Warehouse Manager, supporting day-to-day operations across:
Production Support
* Assisting with kombucha brewing
* Supporting craft soft drink manufacturing
* Preparing ingredients and materials
* Cleaning and sanitising tanks and equipment
* Maintaining food safety and quality standards
Bottling Line Support
* Supporting changeovers and cleaning
Warehouse & Dispatch
* Picking and packing orders
* Preparing pallets for dispatch
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Operating a forklift safely
* Maintaining warehouse organisation
Local Deliveries
* Delivering product to local customers
* Representing the brand professionally
About You
* You have a positive, energetic personality and enjoy being around people
* You're reliable, hands-on and happy to jump in wherever needed
* You're comfortable being one of the friendly faces of the business when dealing with customers and visitors
* You hold a current driver's licence
* You're physically fit and comfortable with active, practical work
* A forklift licence or experience in a warehouse, brewery, winery or food production environment would be a bonus but not essential
* You take direction well and want to build practical skills in a production environment.
