We're looking for a Group Sales Manager for our Brisbane office who's passionate about coaching others, setting standards, and driving results.

What we're looking for: This is a full-time leadership role based in Brisbane, working with our Direct Sales team and reporting to the Queensland State Sales Director.
Strong background in media sales or similar B2 B environments Proven experience managing or mentoring a sales team Ability to run structured performance check-ins (WIPs) and track KPIs Comfortable giving feedback, managing underperformance, and building team capability Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms preferred What you'll be doing: You'll be the bridge between our sales team and our senior leadership—helping the team stay focused, aligned and energised.
You'll be: Running weekly WIPs to track progress and drive accountability Supporting onboarding and training of new team members Managing performance and coaching reps to hit their KPIs Championing Salesforce, AI tools and smarter workflows Owning internal comms like site updates, collateral and scheduling tools This is a role for someone who likes structure, thrives on momentum, and genuinely enjoys bringing people together.
