About the role
Our Telco client is looking for an Agile Project Manager to join their collaborative team.
Key Accountabilities
Lead end-to-end workstream portfolio management, driving the delivery of capabilities aligned with strategic roadmaps and business objectives, while contributing to decision-making and strategy development.
Collaborate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders across the organisation to establish cross-functional process clarity, enable operational improvements, and ensure seamless interlocks across business units.
Translate high-level business outcomes into clear, actionable transformation objectives, aligning with broader organisational goals.
Deliver program and project outcomes in line with Field's balanced scorecard, ensuring measurable success.
Represent strategic initiatives across Operations, driving prioritisation, managing risks, and delivering outcomes within tight deadlines and complex environments.
Knowledge & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Certified Project Manager (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK) with a working knowledge of Agile methodologies and traditional project methodologies.
Telco experience is a bonus but not mandatory
5-7+ years' experience managing complex programs and cross-functional projects within technology-driven enterprises, preferably in telecommunications.
Strong grasp of project and product lifecycles, with proven success in delivering large-scale business and process improvement initiatives.
Skilled in business transformation, change management, and process reengineering with the ability to solve complex problems using innovative solutions.
Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, and Miro, with the ability to present clear end-to-end project views to senior stakeholders.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and foster long-term relationships.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and process-driven delivery approaches, with experience embedding standardised frameworks across projects and PMO functions.
