Overview

The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote workforce. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving inquiries efficiently. As a non-IT role, the position focuses on handling customer interactions across various channels, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining the companys reputation for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Provide product and service information to customers
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
* Meet individual and team performance targets
* Continuously improve customer service skills through training and feedback

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions
* Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email platforms)

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* High level of professionalism and patience

Experience

* Minimum 0–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
* Prior experience in call centers or support roles is an advantage

Working Hours

* Flexible remote working schedule
* Full-time and part-time options available
* Rotational shifts may be required, including weekends and holidays
