Assistant Store Manager

* Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including stock management and merchandising
* Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong team engagement
* Help manage sales targets and store performance
* Contribute to the development of a safe, inclusive and efficient store environment
* Coach and support team members to foster a positive and productive workplace
