Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Billing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with reconciliations, providing key logistics billing performance reports, investigating and resolving customer invoicing issues, generating accurate invoices, managing collections, and resolving billing disputes with logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities
* Month-End & Reporting: Assist with reconciliations, provide key logistics billing performance reports.
* Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer invoicing issues related to logistics services.
* Logistics Invoicing & Accounts Receivable: Generate accurate invoices, manage collections, and resolve billing disputes with logistics partners.
* Freight Billing Analysis & Documentation: Analyse billing data, ensure accuracy, and manage essential logistics documentation.
Requirements
* Proven Experience: Proven experience in an invoicing or accounts role, ideally within the logistics or transport industry.
* Logistics Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics processes and terminology.
* Multitasking: Excellent ability to multitask, prioritise, and build positive relationships.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management TMS Logistics (ideal).
* Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
