While operating nationally, this role is dedicated to NSW projects only, based out of their office in Sydney's Inner West.

The Opportunity
As a Contracts Administrator, you will take ownership of the full subcontract lifecycle, ensuring commercial clarity, financial performance and contractual compliance across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and submit accurate monthly progress claims
* Track project costs, manage budgets, cash-flow and P&L forecasting
* Identify, prepare, and manage variation claims with supporting evidence
* Maintain detailed registers for variations, instructions and procurement
* Oversee procurement and material ordering aligned with project budgets
* Assess project labour and resource allocations
* Prepare and present monthly commercial reporting to internal stakeholders
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Cert IV/Diploma in Building, Construction or Project Management
* 3+ years' experience within Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial construction
* Experience with Jobpac or other construction ERP systems
* Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen and communication skills
