Reporting to the CFO, the Commercial Manager will drive financial performance, provide commercial insight, and support strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment between operational delivery and business objectives. Key Responsibilities
* Lead commercial and financial oversight for site operations, enabling informed strategic decision-making
* Drive improvements in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, contract management, and performance reporting
* Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and strengthen commercial discipline
* Develop and refine commercial models, business cases, and financial frameworks
* Streamline processes, enhance reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Contribute to strategic planning and assist with broader corporate projects as required
The ideal candidate will bring a strong finance or commercial background, preferably within the mining sector, with proven experience supporting operational teams.
