Family Support Role Overview
This position involves working with families who are facing complex challenges to build trust and resilience.
Main Responsibilities
* To engage directly with families, develop plans that lead to positive change and ensure sustainable outcomes.
* To partner with parents and caregivers in identifying goals that strengthen family safety, wellbeing, and belonging.
* To provide case management services that are trauma-responsive, strengths-based, and person-centred for families at risk.
* Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and data in relevant systems.
