Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for owners, tenants and vendors, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries with professionalism.
* Triage and prioritise client queries, directing them to the appropriate members of the management team.
* Coordinate maintenance callouts, liaising with contractors, tenants, and property owners to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
* Organise and manage property inspections, including scheduling, performing inspections and preparing documentation.
* Maintain accurate records and update property management systems to support seamless operations.
* Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalised service.
* Collaborate with the management team to streamline processes and uphold our commitment to excellence.
About You:
- Experience in a client-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, or customer service) with strong transferable skills in communication and problem-solving.
* Real estate or property management experience is not required but will be highly regarded.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software is a bonus (training provided).
* A team player with a client-focused mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
