Key Responsibilities:
* Review and develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans
* Provide training, support, and guidance to staff members
* Contribute to research efforts to build the evidence base for our plans
The ideal candidate will have a PhD/Doctorate (desired) and experience with the NDIS, Positive Behaviour Support or similar services within the disability, education, or justice sectors.
