The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven Senior Account Executive with experience selling to mid-market companies who's excited by growth. You excel at building pipelines, navigating complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders, driving outbound sales, and converting prospects into loyal customers. Results fuel you, and you thrive on winning new business.
What you'll do
* Full Sales Ownership – Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
* Pipeline & Growth – Build and maintain a high-performing sales pipeline, leveraging outbound strategies, networking, and industry events.
* Strategic Relationship-based Selling – Develop trust-based relationships, tailor solutions to customer needs, and position Onside effectively against market trends.
* Collaboration & Tools – Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Lusha to maximise impact.
What you bring
* SaaS Sales Expertise – experience in software sales, excelling in full-cycle deals and value-based selling.
* Proven Outbound Success – Strong track record in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals across various sizes.
