Job Role: Insurance Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and foster strong relationships with existing business clients through expert consultation, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products.
* Efficiently manage policy renewals, document issuance, and account servicing within strict timelines to ensure seamless operations.
* Handle non-renewals, cancellations, and policy changes, preparing submissions that meet client needs.
About You
* A seasoned professional with 3-6 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
* Possess a P&C license and have a deep understanding of insurance products and documentation.
* Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and AMS360.
* Be an independent team player, open to continuous learning, with a degree or equivalent industry designations.
