About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented E-Commerce Logistics Manager to oversee and optimise global supply chain operations. This pivotal role will support the brand’s rapid growth across the UK, US, and Australian markets, ensuring seamless coordination of inventory, wholesale orders, 3PL relationships, freight forwarding, and e-commerce fulfilment.
You’ll be responsible for implementing and managing inventory management systems to ensure real-time visibility of stock across multiple regions and channels, while building scalable processes to support international expansion and current product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage inventory systems, providing accurate visibility and reporting across all warehouses, 3PLs, and sales channels.
Oversee wholesale orders and B2B fulfilment, ensuring stock accuracy and timely delivery.
Manage freight forwarders for supplier pickups, customs clearance, and warehouse delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL providers across AU, UK, and US.
Ensure marketplace fulfilment (Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, etc.) meets SLA and performance standards.
Analyse logistics performance and drive process improvements.
About You
4+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce fulfilment (beauty/FMCG experience highly regarded).
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and integrations.
Proven experience across 3PL operations, freight forwarding, and wholesale workflows.
Strong problem-solving ability and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent vendor, partner, and stakeholder management skills.
